Powderpuff game announcements:
Participants (players and coaches):
*check your email and respond to Mrs. Kimball ASAP!
*Optional practices on the field tonight, tomorrow, and Wednesday from 5-6 PM, but no bus transportation—have a ride!
*Girls will need to be in the South End Zone by the flag pole at 5:30 on Thursday!
For those wishing to attend:
*Gates will open at 5:30 PM
*Admission is FREE, but Beta Club will be taking ‘Socktober’ donations for the local Nursing Home and Eagle Closet. Bring socks if you’d like to donate!
*Elementary cheerleaders will be performing in between games!
Over 20 colleges attended our college fair today for the juniors and seniors!

NMCC Drama Club performance November 2, 2023 at 6 pm.
National Honor Society would like to invite all Veterans to this year's annual Veterans Day Ceremony on November the 10th. The event will begin at 8:30 AM. Veterans will be served breakfast prepared by the Culinary Class following the event.

Cheer Camp Information
Tomorrow! Wearing orange tomorrow will count towards Red Ribbon Week points. The class who wins Red Ribbon Week will get to watch a movie in the auditorium and have concession stand on the afternoon of Halloween🧡
Senior Night for volleyball tonight, 10/10, between the JV and Varsity games.
Senior Night for football, marching band, and football cheer will be Friday, 10/13, beginning at 6:20p. All participating parents should be on the track by 6:10p.
Reminder: NMCR1 will not be in session Monday October 9th in observance of Columbus Day.

UPDATE: Due to weather concerns for Thursday October 5, 2023, NMCC High School Homecoming Parade will be postponed to Friday, October 6, 2023 @ 12:30pm. We will release more information as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Thursday parade line up starts at 5:30pm. Parade will begin at 6:00pm.
Friday game day tailgating will begin at 5:00pm

Spirit Week Championship
Classes will participate in the float competition, dress up days, AND the pep rally spirit stick contest! Each class will earn points for the championship based on these events. The winners will be celebrating their school spirit!
3rd place-Ice Cream Social
2nd Place-Outdoor Activity Day with Snacks
1st Place-Trip to Beggs or Bowling (Class choice!)
Students MUST participate in the activities in order to participate in the rewards. Students must also avoid discipline referrals.
