Mrs. Nelson’s 1st grade class talked about Red Ribbon Week coming up next week and how to make healthy choices for our bodies. Each student made their own healthy plate of food!
No school tomorrow, October 20 for students. Teachers will be having a professional development day.

Who's pumpkin will win? Students are encouraged to bring money to vote for their favorite pumpkins! The winning pumpkins's class will receive a popcorn and movie party!
Red Ribbon Week is next week!
Fall Festival this Friday night from 5-7 pm. Anyone that would be willing to donate a baked good for our cake walk could drop it off at the school anytime on Friday. Hope to see you there!
We will also have our t-shirts for sell if you haven't had a chance to purchase one yet.
Today Matthews Elementary had Pink Out day since October is breast cancer awareness month. We also wear our pink in honor of Ms. Vickey. Ms. Vickey has worked at Matthews Elementary for several years and she is a breast cancer survivor. We love you Ms. Vickey!💕💕
