The Ned Show came today to Matthews Elementary! NED stands for Never give up, Encourage others, and Do your best! The message was wonderful and the yo-yo tricks were amazing! Students may buy a yo-yo starting tomorrow March 1-March 8 from 2-2:45 in the office. If you child buys a yo-yo, you will also receive Ned's Six Trix sheet to help you learn some cool yo-yo tricks! 🪀🪀🪀
Miss DeLisle's third grade class learned about perimeter and area using rectangles and squares found in the hallways!
Class pictures are next Thursday, March 7. Envelopes and this pink letter with all the details were sent home last week. 📸
Fourth grade is learning about insulators and conductors in Science.
Reminder: No School tomorrow, February 16 (teacher professional development day) and Monday, February 19 (President's Day) . Enjoy the long weekend!
